Note that this post is written in partnership with Olay. As always, all thoughts and opinions expressed are entirely my own.
I’ve been able to travel to some absolutely incredible places over the years with trips ranging from just a few days to a few months with over 30 countries under my belt!
Spending so much time on the go, I’ve been able to nail down the perfect packing list but one thing I’ve struggled with is a travel skincare routine.
While I’m traveling, I’m often times limited for space and moving quickly so I need to keep things simple. That’s why I was so excited when Olay asked me to take along the Olay Regenerist Whip Face Moisturizer SPF 25 in the Red Jar on my recent trip to Cabo, Mexico!
Here’s my experience traveling with the Olay Regenerist Whip!
ANTI-ANGING
Having turned 30 this year, I’m definitely focused on products with anti-aging benefits that keep my skin looking and feeling good. As any older woman will tell you, taking good care of your skin in your 20s and 30s is key!
That’s one of the reasons I was so interested in trying out the Regenerist Whip – its ingredients help improve skin’s elasticity, smoothness and firmness. And with SPF 25, it protects skin from the sun (one of the top causes of aging!).
PERFECT FOR TRAVEL
Between long flights, lack of sleep and dehydration, our skin can take a serious beating when we travel!
That’s why it’s important to keep your skin hydrated even while on the go.
And, the Olay Regenerist Whip comes in a 1.7oz red jar which means whether you’re packing light or for a big trip, airport security will be a breeze!
So how did my new travel skincare routine hold up on my trip to Cabo?
I was excited to try out the moisturizer in the most dehydrating place first – the airplane. And… this red jar packs a punch! I loved that my skin felt instantly rejuvenated and hydrated without that greasy feeling.
I started using the Regenerist Whip every morning before putting on my makeup. It’s light, breathable and doesn’t leave your skin shiny so it’s perfect as a primer.
And because the Regenerist Whip has SPF 25, my skin was not only hydrated but also protected from the sun. Definitely key when you’re in Mexico!

Looks like it’s a great product. And so good that it helps with aging skin like this. You look absolutely amazing.

Is there a reason you sampled this while traveling in particular? Generally for hydration purposes or is there another benefit?

Olay products always take me back to my childhood. My grandma always used them and I used to watch her get ready for bed.

I may have to grab some of this the next time we travel to a warmer location. I can always use the extra protection while we’re at the pool or the beach.

When you’re traveling in warmer climates, you need a skincare product that will stand up to the weather without making you feel greasy, and make you sweat. Olay has always been a trusted and popular brand for these reasons.
Krista says
Very interesting! Why is it that you specifically wanted to use when you travel? General dehydration and fatigue of the skin? Or was there a different reason?
