This trendy, beachside bohemian town is a spot that I keep coming back to! Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, Tulum has plenty of options. Explore the many blue cenotes, search for alligators in Sian Ka’an, turn back time at the Tulum ruins or just post up on the beautiful beach with a cocktail and book. And, if nothing else, the tacos will keep you coming back!

8 – Bologna
I have to admit I traveled to Bologna mainly for the food… and was not disappointed! The city has become known for its bolognese and tortellini en brodo – a few of my favorite things. Apart from its culinary delights, Bologna is full of history – make sure to check out the porticos (almost 40km of them!) and famous towers.
9 – Denver, CO
Voted one of the top places to live in the US, Denver won my heart with just one visit! This modern city has plenty to offer – delicious restaurants, rooftop bars, tons of brewery and the outdoors. With countless mountains within driving distance, you’ll have easy access to skiing, hiking and nature!
10 – Mallorca
Located in the Balearic islands, Mallorca is the the ultimate beach getaway. The island has a diverse coastline with turquoise waters and dramatic cliffside views. One of my favorite spots on the island is Deia, a picturesque town perched atop a cliff with views overlooking the Balearic sea. Go for a long weekend and rent a car to explore the island!
