Thailand was one of my favorite destinations as a young backpacker back in 2015 and it will always hold a special place in my heart. I spent a month island hopping around the Andaman Sea, exploring the bustling cities of Bangkok and Chiang Mai, touring some of the country's most dazzling temples and slurping up pad thai or khao soi noodles whenever I could.
